February WHN Girl – Kaylee Williams
Actress and model Kaylee Williams was recently one of the featured Scream Queens over at the French Horror Website Cinema Fantastique. So far, she has appeared in over 30 films and worked with over 20 photographers. With a background in martial arts, she is also experienced in stage and screen combat and trains with a stunt group in Chicago twice a week so she can learn how to do her own stunts in movies.
In speaking with Kaylee, there is no doubt, she is a dark angel. With a very nice side and a very naughty side. Kaylee Williams is World Horror Network’s Febraury girl.
I was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I love it here in the Midwest. Except during the winter. I’m not a fan of the cold and the snow!
Favorite Book?
A couple of my favorites include Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, Watership Down by Richard Adams, and ‘Salem’s Lot by Stephen King.
Halestorm’s self titled debut album. It’s really good, they’ve got a great sound and I’m really digging the CD.

Definitely the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. If you’ve never seen their show before, you MUST! It’s amazing. The first time I ever saw them perform, my jaw literally dropped. It’s an unforgettable experience.
Ooh, that’s hard. There are so many good ones. A couple of my favorites include the “Saw” series and “Hostel: Part II“. I like the shock factor of those types of films. I’m really interested in twisted and creative stuff like that. I also really like Rob Zombie’s work on films such as “The Devil’s Rejects” and the two new “Halloween” movies. He’s got a very interesting filmmaking style and I really enjoy the types of movies he creates.
I want to be able to keep doing what I’m doing and keep finding great projects to work on and great people to work with. I’d like to work with filmmakers from all over the world. Basically I just want to be successful as an actress. That doesn’t mean that I want to be rich and famous. I mean, money is always nice, but that’s not how I define success. Success to me is being able to have a rewarding career full of great roles and opportunities and getting to meet awesome people along the way.
One person you would love to meet before you die?
People with ambition and goals. People that want to make something of themselves. It doesn’t matter to me what it is that you want to do, as long as you are passionate about it. Also, a great sense of humor and the ability to make me laugh is a plus…..Well, actually it’s a requirement, haha.
Arrogance and people with huge egos. It’s one thing to be confident – confidence is sexy. But there’s a fine line between confidence and cockiness – and cockiness is a major turn off. I hate it when people think they are better than others. Also drugs are a major turn off for me.
